PREPARATION OF PROJECT SCHEDULE
- examination of the scheduling of time plans for all the designers involved in the project as well as having them adhered to.
- we update and manage the scheduling during the project, pointing out the elements requiring special attention.
- according to the project schedule, we control the deadlines, dates for making key decisions and critical access routes for all the participants in the project.
TECHNICAL INSPECTION OF IMPLEMENTATION
Carrying out technical inspection activity up to the technical handover-acceptance of the tenancy, conducting the handover-acceptance and, in addition, having faults discovered here repaired and deficiencies rectified.
