CUSTOMISED OFFICE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The design of an office is optimal, if it supports the company’s strategic direction, and gives room for the organisation’s people and teams to carry out their work efficiently while creating a real community. The achievement of this is ensured by working out a complex workplace strategy as well as a regular periodic review of the working environment and office usage analysis.
GROUND PLAN
Prior to the design work, we carry out a complex analysis of the existing and future office spaces. Besides the physical configuration of the office (ground plan, spatial distribution, technical conditions), we examine the workload of the spaces in terms of turnover and noise impact. Moreover, we also pay particular attention to the organisation using the office.
With the aid of interviews, questionnaires and workshops, our colleagues concerned with organisation development map out organisational connections, typical work processes, the organisational culture as well as the workers’ requirements in terms of working environment, and their office usage practices on a personal and team level.
